More than 10,000 corporate tour-coded tickets are changed through united.com or the United mobile app daily. Those tickets lose most or all negotiated benefits, including discounts, Corporate Preferred considerations, duty of care visibility and more. As part of our omni-channel approach to distribution, all our contracted corporate customers have the ability to bring United’s channels into their managed travel program.

Corporate travel managers (or a designated representative) may configure shopping parameters to guide travelers in the corporate shopping path on united.com and the United mobile app.
These policy settings include:

- Travel budget (fare only or fare + ancillary)
- Permitted cabin types
- Length of trip settings.
