- Notification from United to identify schedule changes for existing bookings
- Ability to add ancillary products to an existing booking
- Automatic application of waivers during irregular operations
- Agency access to view and service corporate direct channel bookings made via United.com (e.g., United Corporate Direct and TripLink)
- ARC/BSP reporting/settlement for tickets to mirror existing processes through legacy channels
